J.P. Morgan approached us with a fascinating and deliciously open-ended question:

“What’s the future of our digital experience?”


As the largest asset manager in the country, it’s no small problem, and our findings would go on to impact trillions of dollars of investments and millions of users. 

We got to work by doing a deep dive into their core customers: Financial Advisors. 

We uncovered their pain points, their objectives, and got deep into their world. 

Leveraging the insights from dozens of qualitative interviews as well as market research, we created emerging personas as well as a new product innovation roadmap.
